Returns/Refunds and Exchange Policy
We undertake to ensure the best possible quality of our products and we make every effort to ensure the best leather and recycled materials are used.. Please bear in mind that all Sequel products are created from individual items of clothing which have been donated to charity, therefore, pictures on the website may vary slightly from the actual item received. The unique story behind each item enhances the charm of Sequel accessories.
The detachable tie detail on each Sequel bag is selected from the range of discarded silk ties which have been donated to Oxfam Wastesaver. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee the colour or design of the tie which will be attached to your product. If you have a specific request for your tie colour, please email hello@sequellondon.co.uk before placing your order, and we will try our best to select a tie according to your preference.
If however you are unhappy with your item please contact us on hello@sequellondon.co.uk and we will either exchange the product or refund it. We accept returns within 14 days of purchase subject to the packaging not having been destroyed and the item not having been used or soiled. Postage costs for returned items are at the customer’s expense unless the goods are faulty.
